My mind is constantly on 1000 mph. Better yet a trillion. I used to sit and wonder why God blessed me with so many interests and talents. Often wondering what was my true purpose in life and what was it that I loved doing the most. As I am growing, I’m finding out more about myself every day! I’ve learned over the years to focus on the things that truly make you happy. So I begin to ask myself, what makes me happy!? The best relationship that I have right now is my relationship with God. Am I perfect? No, but I feel as though my faith is increasing every day! Like most, I struggle with my relationship with Him. Overall, with Him I am truly happy and blessed! Of course, my precious child holds the key to happiness in my life. Being a single mom is not for the weak at heart. When I see the smile on her face, I am the happiest person alive. Good health and the medical field…ohhh I love thee! My love for caring for the sick led me to become a nurse, a critical care nurse to be exact! 🙂 <—Happiness
I also am happiest when I am able to express myself creatively! Crafting, baking, cooking, painting, etc!!! When I begin to put every thing that makes me happy into one category, I wondered how could I share it with others. I’ve been encouraged by family and friends to continue to focus on my creativity and passions. For the first time in my life, I am not in school. Therefore, I now have all the time in the world to do the things that I enjoy! I am not a writer at all and blogging is very new to me. The idea of a blog came to me as a way to inspire others to keep God first, follow their passions, maintain good health and wellness, and ignite their creativity!! I also would love to share my stories and ideas from being a single mom,. My hope is that other moms out there know that you can still do everything it is that you desire to do, while holding it down for your child! I’m not quite where I want to be, but I’m on my way! Follow me on my journey! 🙂 Remember to Keep God first and you’ll find happiness!
